Let's Encrypt can be set up on Windows using the Win-ACME setup (command line)
Download the latest installer from https://www.win-acme.com/
Extract the downloaded zip file
Run an admin command prompt, browse to the extracted directory, run wacs.exe and it will walk you through the configuration
