LastPass uses SSO and auto provisioning from Azure

User roles assigned to the app in Azure will automatically have user accounts created in LastPass

User will still need to accept the invite (which can be sent out from the LastPass admin console)


Managing Shared Folder Access


Shared folders are owed by the "itteam@sequoyah.com" account.

To manage sharing permissions you will need to sign out of your LastPass add-in and in to the IT shared account.


1. Make sure you have the MFA for the shared account. If you don't find the MFA secret key in the LastPass entry notes

2. Find the IT Team LastPass Entry and copy the password

3. Log out of the extension (under account)

4. Open the Vault and go to Sharing Center on the left

5. Click Manage recipients on the shared folder

6. Search for the R group in the top left. When you click one it will add it to the list on the bottom left.

7. Uncheck Read Only and Hide Passwords

8. Click Save

9. Sign out and back in to your own account.
