To allow a site through the default web filter we need to a new category. 

To do this, browse to "Security Profiles" then "Web Rating Overrides"

Click "Create New", enter the URL, and set the category to "Custom Categories" and "Seqoyah-allowed"

The site should now be allowed. If it's still not loading properly it may be fetching data from another blocked site. You can see this under "Log & Report" -> "Web Filter Log"
