Login on to Microsoft 365 Admin Center
One the left side click on user
Click on deleted user
Found the user you moved to No Sync Click on restore.
Look for you the users name under active user
Click on the user’s name
Click on the OneDrive Tab
Click on the initiate sign out
Release the licenses associated with the users.
