Log into 192.168.121.25
On the right side click on User
Under user click on user
Type the users name and click on Find
Click on the users name
Click on Edit
Click on Message Waiting indicators
Click on MWI-I
uncheck the Enable box
Click on save
recheck the Enable box
Click save again.
