Create Apex Web User

Open your Apex application from “Work Resources”.


Sign in with the SA account in the password list.

Navigate to File > Lists > Contacts…


Click the “+” button at the bottom of the window

Enter the user’s ID in the format of first initial then last name. Example: ABAKER.

Name should be in the format “lastname, first initial”. Example: BAKER, A

Position can be just about anything like FOREMAN, PROJECT MANAGER, ADMIN, etc. Add an * at the end of the title. This gives the user access to all jobs. Example: FOREMAN*, PROJECT MANAGER* etc.

Populate the rest of the fields and communicate the username and password to the user.

Use the attached email template which includes instructions on how to use and access the application.
